As a 13+ Admissions Manager, you will play a key role in attracting and supporting families throughout the admissions journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the 13+ admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming environment at all touchpoints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the school with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective families and meet recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent admissions experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all admissions policies and procedures.
- Support the school’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the admissions process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective families.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in admissions or customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
