Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 13+ admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming environment at all touchpoints.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the school with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective families and meet recruitment targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent admissions experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all admissions policies and procedures.
  • Support the school’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the admissions process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective families.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in admissions or customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
