Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach A Level Biology and/or IGCSE Biology courses in English or bilingual.
  • Assign and timely correct homework to ensure student progress and understanding.
  • Prepare and submit periodic school reports for each student.
  • Provide additional support and guidance to students who need extra help.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Assist students with university applications by providing reference letters and guidance.
  • Attend required meetings, including parent-teacher meetings and staff meetings.
  • Comply with all school regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Valid teaching certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Biology, Science)
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A Level, IB, or AP programs

Preferred

  • Experience teaching A Level Biology specifically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with bilingual teaching (English and Chinese)
  • Familiarity with international university admissions processes
