Key Responsibilities:

• Teach A Level and/or BTEC Business to Key Stage 5 students.
• Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Provide individualized support through weekly one-to-one sessions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level and/or BTEC Business.
• Proven ability to teach Key Stage 5 (British curriculum).
• Commitment to student well-being and academic success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred
