Key Responsibilities:
- Teach A Level and/or BTEC Business to Key Stage 5 students.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Provide individualized support through weekly one-to-one sessions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level and/or BTEC Business.
- Proven ability to teach Key Stage 5 (British curriculum).
- Commitment to student well-being and academic success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
