The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced A-Level French Tutor to provide high-quality tuition in the Fulham area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and working with students who require additional support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives through personalized and tailored instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured A-Level French lessons tailored to individual student needs
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) through a student-centred, nurturing approach
Develop and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) that address both academic and emotional needs
Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and development
Collaborate with education consultants and follow the Bright Heart Approach to ensure consistent standards of care and teaching

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

At least 12 months of relevant tutoring and/or teaching experience in the UK
Strong subject knowledge in A-Level French
Excellent spoken and written English
Current Enhanced DBS certificate (with check of the children’s barred list)
Experience working with students with SEN

Preferred

Experience with the Bright Heart Approach or similar student-centred tutoring methods
Experience with online tutoring or interim education
Familiarity with study techniques and transition into adulthood support
