The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach A Level Geography to small classes of up to 12 students.
- Deliver one-to-one sessions with students for 15 minutes per week.
- Support the Senior Leader Team in promoting student well-being and success.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience teaching A Level Geography.
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
- Commitment to student well-being and academic success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience with the British A Level curriculum.
- Background in Key Stage 5 teaching.
- Experience with one-to-one student support.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
