The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced A Level History Teacher to join our expanding Sixth Form team. Key Responsibilities:

Teach A Level History to small classes of up to 12 students.
Provide one-to-one support sessions of 15 minutes per week with each student.
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that align with the British A Level curriculum.
Collaborate with the Senior Leader Team to promote student well-being and academic success.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.
Monitor and assess student progress effectively.
Participate in curriculum development and staff training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level History.
Strong knowledge of the British A Level curriculum.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 5 students.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience working in an international school setting.
Familiarity with teaching diverse student populations.
Experience with one-to-one student support and mentoring.
Leadership or team coordination experience.
