Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach A Level Mathematics in English or bilingual, following the school’s syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
  • Assign and timely correct homework to ensure student understanding and progress.
  • Prepare and submit periodic school reports to track student performance and development.
  • Provide additional support and guidance to students who require extra help.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, including events, competitions, and student-led initiatives.
  • Assist with university application processes by providing reference letters and guidance.
  • Attend required meetings, including parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and other school events.
  • Comply with and uphold the school’s policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject, such as Mathematics or Education.
  • At least two years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A Level, IB, or AP programs.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching A Level Mathematics specifically.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience with international curricula and university application processes.
  • Involvement in extracurricular or co-curricular activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to teacher development and school innovation.
