Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging A Level Politics lessons to a highly motivated student cohort.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support student achievement and progression.
- Collaborate with the Politics and Law team to share resources and best practices.
- Provide individualised support and feedback to students to help them reach their full potential.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.
- Support students in preparing for assessments and examinations.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in A Level Politics.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Commitment to student success and academic achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students in a sixth form or college setting.
Preferred
