The Opportunity:
A Level Psychology Teacher - Easter Revision Programme is a unique opportunity to support students during a critical time in their academic journey. This role focuses on helping students consolidate knowledge, improve exam techniques, and achieve their full potential in A Level Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to help students consolidate learning and prepare for exams
- Tailor teaching to individual student needs and provide targeted support
- Create a positive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment
- Offer guidance to boost students’ confidence and academic skills
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and academic staff
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant academic degree or teaching qualification
- Previous teaching experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK exam boards and their requirements in Psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and provide effective feedback
- A strong passion for teaching and inspiring students
Preferred
- Experience in teaching A Level Psychology
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Experience working with international students
- Experience in delivering revision courses or exam preparation programmes
