Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the English National Curriculum (Primary) or Cambridge Curriculum (Secondary)
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, including Project-Based Learning and outdoor education
- Support the holistic development of students, including their social, emotional, and academic growth
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and safeguarding
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
- Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs and aspirations of students
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognized teaching qualification
- Proven experience in British international schools or delivering the British or British-style curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
- High standards of professionalism and communication in English
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Preferred
- Experience with Project-Based Learning or outdoor education
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum or English National Curriculum
- Experience working in a diverse, international school environment
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages
