The Opportunity:

As an Academy Administrator - CEIAG, you will provide essential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team responsible for Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance. This role plays a key part in ensuring students have the tools and guidance needed to explore, engage and excel in their future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with CEIAG-related administrative tasks
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of careers events and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support CEIAG provision
  • Contribute to the development of CEIAG resources and materials
  • Provide administrative support for occasional evening events
  • Assist in the management of student data and communication
  • Support the delivery of careers-related training and guidance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening events
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to develop own skills and take initiative

Preferred

  • Experience in a CEIAG-related role
  • Qualifications in Careers Guidance
  • Experience in training or education settings
  • Familiarity with careers-related software and systems
  • Experience with apprenticeship or flexible working arrangements
