Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support the school leadership team in implementing strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate communication between staff, students, and parents
  • Develop and maintain records to support school governance and compliance
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events and training programs
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on administrative procedures
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider trust to align with organisational goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an educational or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and systems
  • Commitment to the values of determination, integrity, and trust

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust
  • Knowledge of school governance and compliance procedures
  • Experience with staff development and training programs
