The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant – Term Time only to join a dynamic and supportive team within student services. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the department and requires a highly motivated individual who can maintain high standards and contribute to the school’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks within student services.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Support the team with correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of student-related events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with school management systems or software.
