The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant - Temporary to provide essential support to the Operations Manager during a maternity leave. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and values-driven school environment that prioritizes student success and staff collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Assist in managing school communications and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
- Ensure all administrative processes align with the school’s values and ethos.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational environment.
- Understanding of school operations and procedures.
