Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process admissions applications efficiently and accurately.
- Provide routine clerical and administrative support across the academy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Liaise with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist with the coordination of events and communications.
- Support the academy’s continuous improvement and development initiatives.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive school environment for all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in a similar administrative or admissions role.
- Proficiency in using office software and databases.
