The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Administrator - Trips, Social Media and Website to support the school's extracurricular activities and digital presence. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all school trips run smoothly and that the school's online platforms are up to date and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of school trips, including planning, logistics, and communication with parents and students.
- Maintain and update the school's social media accounts to reflect current events, achievements, and activities.
- Ensure the school website is current, accurate, and user-friendly, with regular content updates.
- Collaborate with staff and external providers to ensure smooth execution of trips and events.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media and website content.
- Provide administrative support to the school’s marketing and communications team.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials for trips and events.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in administrative support, particularly in education or event management.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of social media platforms and website management systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred
- Experience in managing school trips or events.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with photography or graphic design for online use.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £13,671-£14,340.
- Term time only working pattern with 3 inset days.
