The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing and Admissions team by managing events and providing administrative support. This role offers the chance to contribute to the school’s mission of inspiring and engaging prospective families while maintaining strong relationships with current pupils and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a variety of events for enquirers, applicants, and offer holders.
  • Support the delivery of retention events for current pupils and parents.
  • Provide administrative support across the Marketing and Admissions teams.
  • Assist with outreach events and ensure all logistical requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with families and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and impactful event programme.
  • Ensure all events are delivered in line with the school’s values and standards.
  • Support the development and promotion of the school’s brand and reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience in event management or administration is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for working within the education sector.
