Key Responsibilities:
- Support the admissions journey from initial enquiry to confirmed place.
- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient service to prospective parents and pupils.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- Assist with school events and additional duties during school holidays and on selected Saturdays.
- Maintain accurate records and communication with families throughout the admissions process.
- Ensure all documentation and procedures are followed in line with the school's policies.
- Contribute to the school's mission by promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Assist with the management of school communications and information sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or within an educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Willingness to work during term time and some school holidays.
Preferred
- Experience in an admissions or similar role within a school or educational institution.
- Knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
- Proficiency in using school management systems or similar software.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and during school holidays.
