Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the admissions journey from initial enquiry to confirmed place.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient service to prospective parents and pupils.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions process.
  • Assist with school events and additional duties during school holidays and on selected Saturdays.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with families throughout the admissions process.
  • Ensure all documentation and procedures are followed in line with the school's policies.
  • Contribute to the school's mission by promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Assist with the management of school communications and information sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or within an educational setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Willingness to work during term time and some school holidays.

Preferred

  • Experience in an admissions or similar role within a school or educational institution.
  • Knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
  • Proficiency in using school management systems or similar software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and during school holidays.
