The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Manager, you will lead the admissions process and coordinate a multicultural team at a school in Thailand. This role is central to ensuring a seamless and parent-focused admissions experience that supports the school’s growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment.
  • Supervise a multicultural team, including the Admissions Officer, Compliance Officer, and Primary Support Team.
  • Ensure operations are consistent, culturally sensitive, and aligned with school standards.
  • Act as a bridge between families, the Operations Department, and leadership.
  • Maintain smooth communication, accurate data management, and effective feedback systems.
  • Enhance parent satisfaction and institutional efficiency through coordinated efforts.
  • Align admissions and compliance systems with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Support the development of a purpose-built campus and its growing community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in admissions or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a multicultural team.
  • Knowledge of international school admissions processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in education.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Burmese, Thai, and English.
  • Background in early years or primary education.
  • Experience with admissions software and data management systems.
  • Understanding of the Thai–Myanmar border region and its educational needs.
