Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the school at key education events, local networking opportunities, and school fairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, community organisations, and prospective families.
  • Act as the school’s UK PR lead, generating positive media coverage and managing relationships with local media.
  • Organise and lead school events such as tours, open days, and community visits.
  • Maintain a pipeline of UK sales enquiries and support prospective families through the application journey.
  • Champion the school’s values and ethos in all external communications and engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong background in Admissions, PR, business development, or marketing.
  • Experience using social media to drive engagement.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A personable, professional demeanor and the ability to represent the school confidently to a wide range of audiences.
  • A results-driven mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the independent school sector.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns, branding, PR, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in schools, particularly in admissions or student recruitment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing.
