Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor attendance and admissions processes across the school.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Principal, Attendance Manager, Pastoral Team, and Form Tutors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of attendance data.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures related to student engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to maintain high standards of attendance.
  • Utilise digital marketing tools to promote admissions and engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of students through best practices and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support attendance and admissions strategies.

Required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
