Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the admissions process for Early Years and Primary School students.
- Conduct interviews and assessments with prospective students and families.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- Promote the school’s values, programs, and opportunities to prospective families.
- Attend open days, school events, and community engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential families.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as IB or Cambridge.
- Experience with educational software or CRM systems.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Khmer.
