Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Subject Leader in Art and Photography, with a strong understanding of curriculum development.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in driving improvement in student attainment and progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a focus on continuous professional development and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of current teaching and learning strategies in Art and Photography.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
