Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Subject Leader in Art and Photography, with a strong understanding of curriculum development.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in driving improvement in student attainment and progress.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a focus on continuous professional development and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of current teaching and learning strategies in Art and Photography.
  • Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
  • Background in a school undergoing transformation or improvement.
