- Stay up to date with best practices in art education and integrate innovative teaching methods.
- Work closely with parents and other staff to support student progress and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Art Teacher with relevant experience in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of art curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching across a range of ages and abilities.
- Knowledge of digital art and design tools.
- Experience in co-curricular or extra-curricular art programmes.
- Passion for fostering creativity and a love of art in students.
