Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Experience in delivering art and design curriculum at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian principles and values.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
- Background in delivering creative and inclusive lessons for diverse student needs.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
- Familiarity with teaching apprenticeships or supporting trainee teachers.
