Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Experience in delivering art and design curriculum at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s Christian principles and values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
  • Background in delivering creative and inclusive lessons for diverse student needs.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
  • Familiarity with teaching apprenticeships or supporting trainee teachers.
