Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and high expectations.
  • Facilitate excellent progress for all students through effective differentiation, assessment, and feedback.
  • Maintain strong behavior management in line with school policy.
  • Use data to inform planning, target-setting, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to the academic monitoring of students.
  • Model and promote the school’s vision and values across all aspects of school life.
  • Provide excellent pastoral care and support students in developing good habits and confidence.
  • Participate actively in co-curricular activities, House system, and wider school events.
  • Uphold and promote the school’s vision, values, and culture, including local Saudi cultural expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification / Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
  • A proven ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils of all abilities.
  • Strong classroom management and pastoral skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with EAL learners.
  • An understanding of the expectations of UK independent and international schools.
