Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and high expectations.
- Facilitate excellent progress for all students through effective differentiation, assessment, and feedback.
- Maintain strong behavior management in line with school policy.
- Use data to inform planning, target-setting, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to the academic monitoring of students.
- Model and promote the school’s vision and values across all aspects of school life.
- Provide excellent pastoral care and support students in developing good habits and confidence.
- Participate actively in co-curricular activities, House system, and wider school events.
- Uphold and promote the school’s vision, values, and culture, including local Saudi cultural expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification / Qualified Teacher Status.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
- A proven ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management and pastoral skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with EAL learners.
- An understanding of the expectations of UK independent and international schools.
