Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire creativity and critical thinking in students across Key Stages 2 to 5.
- Support and assess student progress through innovative teaching strategies and regular, meaningful feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, risk-taking, and student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and support professional growth.
- Participate in co-curricular programmes, including academic competitions, creative clubs, and sports.
- Engage with the school community through meaningful interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching Art in a UK or British-curriculum school
- Experience working with students across Key Stages 2 to 5
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
Preferred
- Experience with inquiry-based and student-centred learning approaches
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical strategies and assessment techniques
- A record of student success in international education settings
- Commitment to holistic education and the development of creativity, confidence, and responsibility
