Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Art.
  • Experience in teaching at the secondary level (11-16).
  • Commitment to a knowledge-rich curriculum and traditional teaching approaches.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline.
  • Passion for inspiring students and fostering creativity.

Preferred

  • Experience with collaborative planning and shared resources.
  • Familiarity with whole-class feedback strategies.
  • Background in cognitive science or educational research.
  • Experience in professional development or leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and EDI principles.
