Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Art.
- Experience in teaching at the secondary level (11-16).
- Commitment to a knowledge-rich curriculum and traditional teaching approaches.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline.
- Passion for inspiring students and fostering creativity.
Preferred
- Experience with collaborative planning and shared resources.
- Familiarity with whole-class feedback strategies.
- Background in cognitive science or educational research.
- Experience in professional development or leadership roles.
