Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-phase and whole-school initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in art education.
- Strong knowledge of art techniques, materials, and curriculum requirements.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school's Christian ethos and values.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take on additional responsibilities.
Preferred
- Experience in cross-phase or multi-academy trust environments.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
- Experience with digital tools and resources in art education.
- Background in curriculum development or assessment strategies.
