Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging art curriculum that meets national standards and promotes student creativity.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-phase and whole-school initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in art education.
  • Strong knowledge of art techniques, materials, and curriculum requirements.
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the school's Christian ethos and values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take on additional responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in cross-phase or multi-academy trust environments.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Experience with digital tools and resources in art education.
  • Background in curriculum development or assessment strategies.
