Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons across all three key stages (3-5).
• Support students in achieving their full potential through a variety of teaching methods and assessments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and IB Diploma courses.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and events that promote the school's artistic and cultural values.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art Department’s impact and reputation.
• Provide regular feedback and assessments to support student progress and development.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Art education.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience teaching all three key stages (3-5).
• A local or international teaching qualification.
• A highly motivated and dynamic teaching approach with a proven track record.
• A positive attitude toward students and a commitment to their growth and development.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma examination courses.
• Experience in leading or contributing to extra-curricular Art activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
