Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons across all three key stages (3-5).
- Support students in achieving their full potential through a variety of teaching methods and assessments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and IB Diploma courses.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and events that promote the school's artistic and cultural values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art Department’s impact and reputation.
- Provide regular feedback and assessments to support student progress and development.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Art education.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience teaching all three key stages (3-5).
- A local or international teaching qualification.
- A highly motivated and dynamic teaching approach with a proven track record.
- A positive attitude toward students and a commitment to their growth and development.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma examination courses.
- Experience in leading or contributing to extra-curricular Art activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
