Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the purchase ledger
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate and oversee payment runs
  • Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels
  • Handle petty cash transactions
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes
  • Support financial reporting and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in financial administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting
