Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the purchase ledger
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Coordinate and oversee payment runs
- Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Support financial reporting and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in financial administration or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting
- Knowledge of school finance systems and processes
- Familiarity with financial software such as Sage or QuickBooks
