Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in senior leadership within a school setting
  • Strong track record of whole-school leadership and measurable impact
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead colleagues through innovative practice
  • Passion for teaching and learning with experience in classroom practice
  • Expertise in assessment, monitoring, tracking, and intervention strategies
  • Commitment to Catholic Christian values and ethos

Preferred

  • Significant experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support
  • Willingness to undertake the National Professional Qualification (NPQ) for SENCOs
  • Experience in leading professional development and staff training
  • Strong leadership experience in a large, diverse school community
