Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership within a school setting
- Strong track record of whole-school leadership and measurable impact
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead colleagues through innovative practice
- Passion for teaching and learning with experience in classroom practice
- Expertise in assessment, monitoring, tracking, and intervention strategies
- Commitment to Catholic Christian values and ethos
Preferred
- Significant experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support
- Willingness to undertake the National Professional Qualification (NPQ) for SENCOs
- Experience in leading professional development and staff training
- Strong leadership experience in a large, diverse school community
