Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong track record in teaching and learning leadership.
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in teacher training or school improvement initiatives.
