Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the development of a high-quality curriculum and assessment strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning across the school to ensure consistent standards of excellence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive improvement and innovation in educational practices.
  • Provide professional development and mentorship to teaching staff to enhance pedagogical skills.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational priorities.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of school policies and initiatives related to curriculum and assessment.
  • Support the development of student leadership programs and character education initiatives.
  • Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum decisions and improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained academic excellence and student achievement.
  • Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
  • Experience in curriculum leadership and assessment practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in senior leadership roles within a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with leadership development programs and character education initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring in education.
  • Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design and assessment strategies.
