Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of a high-quality curriculum and assessment strategy.

- Work closely with senior leadership to drive improvement and innovation in educational practices.
- Provide professional development and mentorship to teaching staff to enhance pedagogical skills.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational priorities.
- Ensure the effective implementation of school policies and initiatives related to curriculum and assessment.
- Support the development of student leadership programs and character education initiatives.
- Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum decisions and improvement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained academic excellence and student achievement.
- Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Experience in curriculum leadership and assessment practices.
Preferred
- Experience in senior leadership roles within a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with leadership development programs and character education initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring in education.
