Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a high-achieving faculty.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering sustained academic excellence and student achievement.
- Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
Preferred
- Experience in senior leadership roles within a school setting.
- Background in leading or supporting leadership development initiatives.
- Experience working in a faith-based or values-driven educational environment.
