Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of a high-quality, knowledge-based academic curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a high-achieving faculty.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering sustained academic excellence and student achievement.
  • Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience in senior leadership roles within a school setting.
  • Background in leading or supporting leadership development initiatives.
  • Experience working in a faith-based or values-driven educational environment.
