Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during learning activities and ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers on lesson delivery and student engagement.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures related to safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.

  • Assist in the implementation of teaching strategies and learning activities under the guidance of lead teachers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Willingness to comply with all school policies and procedures.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting.
  • Experience with supporting student learning and behavior management.
  • Familiarity with teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
  • Experience with working in a team-oriented environment.
