Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Willingness to comply with all school policies and procedures.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting.
- Experience with supporting student learning and behavior management.
- Familiarity with teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
