Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insights.
  • Plan and implement relevant, up-to-date course content to support student learning and development.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students build confidence and competence.
  • Support students in developing the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials and teaching methods.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Qualification or above in Beauty Therapy.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment.
  • Extensive industry experience in beauty therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas including massage, body and facial treatments, salon health & safety, and industry trends.

Preferred

  • Previous teaching experience in a vocational or educational setting.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or equivalent.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
