Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insights.
- Plan and implement relevant, up-to-date course content to support student learning and development.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students build confidence and competence.
- Support students in developing the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials and teaching methods.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Level 3 Qualification or above in Beauty Therapy.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment.
- Extensive industry experience in beauty therapy.
- Strong knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas including massage, body and facial treatments, salon health & safety, and industry trends.
Preferred
- Previous teaching experience in a vocational or educational setting.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or equivalent.
- Ability to mentor and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
