The Opportunity:

As a Biology Teacher in the Easter Revision Programme, you will play a key role in helping students consolidate their learning and achieve success in their exams. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators to make a difference in a dynamic and supportive academic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to the needs of A Level and GCSE students
  • Create a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages student engagement
  • Support students in developing exam techniques and building confidence
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
  • Provide targeted feedback to help students improve their performance
  • Stay up to date with UK exam board requirements and incorporate them into teaching
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant academic degree or teaching qualification
  • Previous teaching experience, particularly at A Level or GCSE
  • Strong knowledge of UK exam boards and their requirements in Biology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering revision courses or exam preparation
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and resources
  • Experience working with international students
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
