Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons based on a benchmarked curriculum
- Encourage independent learning and implement new pedagogical strategies
- Use differentiated teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
- Support students in preparing for written and oral German school leaving exams

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status at legal equivalent to the German Second State Examination with a specialization in secondary teaching
- Fluency in German and native-level English proficiency
- Proven experience in secondary education
- Strong organizational and pedagogical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Interest in and willingness to develop new educational concepts
- Background in science education
- Demonstrated ability to support student-centered learning approaches
