Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Biology teacher with experience in the IB MYP and DP programme.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to the Malvern ethos and vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality teaching and pastoral care.
  • Experience in a British international school environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership role within a Science department.
  • Familiarity with the Malvern College International family.
  • Knowledge of the Round Square global network and its values.
  • Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
