Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Biology lessons across the IB MYP and DP curriculum.
- Lead and develop the Science department, with the potential to become Head of Science.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s curriculum and co-curricular programmes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Biology teacher with experience in the IB MYP and DP programme.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Commitment to the Malvern ethos and vision.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality teaching and pastoral care.
- Experience in a British international school environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within a Science department.
- Familiarity with the Malvern College International family.
- Knowledge of the Round Square global network and its values.
- Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
