Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the wellbeing, discipline, and happiness of girls in a senior boarding house.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students, ensuring open and effective communication.
  • Support the academic and personal development of students through pastoral care and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure a cohesive and positive boarding experience.
  • Oversee and manage house-related administrative tasks and events.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily house routines and activities.
  • Promote a culture of high standards, responsibility, and community spirit within the house.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or pastoral role within an educational setting.
