The Opportunity:

As a Boarding Tutor Intern, you will support the residential students in a variety of aspects of life at the school, including academic, extracurricular, and weekend activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in an international boarding school setting, while contributing to a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise boarding students during academic and after-school hours.
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of weekend activities and events.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with academic and pastoral staff to ensure student well-being and development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students in both academic and personal matters.
  • Participate in the school’s pastoral care programme and contribute to student support initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with relevant staff members.
  • Assist in the implementation of the school’s h³ educational philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong interest in education and working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
  • Willingness to live in a residential setting.

Preferred

  • Experience in a boarding or educational setting.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially English and French).
  • Knowledge of international curricula such as the IB or IPC.
  • Experience with child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Interest in outdoor education or leadership development.
