The Opportunity:
As a Booking Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of client bookings and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining the school's operational efficiency and delivering a world-class experience to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client enquiries via phone, email, and online portals, accurately inputting details into the booking system.
- Proactively optimise schedules to maximise capacity and prevent overbooking.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to confirm logistics and special requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings, cancellations, and reschedules, providing regular reports on activity and waiting times.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the collation and reporting of outcome data to support operational delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, including safeguarding and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diplomatic negotiation and clear liaison.
- Experience with industry-standard booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Precision in data entry and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and building long-term client relationships.
Preferred
- Experience working in a clinical or educational environment.
- Previous administration experience reporting to senior level.
- English and Mathematics Level 2 or equivalent.
- IT literacy and the ability to work unsupervised.
