The Opportunity:

As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient administrative support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-college administrative support, including assisting with the uploading and downloading of learner assessment evidence to online platforms.
  • Assist with manual filing systems and scanning of learner assessment evidence.
  • Administer school systems such as TextSystem, and perform routine IT tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Support key events such as Open Days, enrolments, and interview evenings.
  • Manage telephone and email communications with staff, parents, carers, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Reprographics and Examination departments.
  • Maintain current content on college plasma screens and manage event planning calendars and venue bookings.
  • Liaise with site staff to ensure appropriate layout of halls and venues for events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with administrative systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role.
