The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Business and Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of business functions during a period of significant growth and transition. This role will involve close collaboration with the Business Director to ensure all aspects of Health and Safety, GDPR, Finance, Systems, and HR are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the implementation of Health and Safety protocols across the school.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Coordinate and support financial processes, including budgeting and reporting.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of internal systems and processes.
- Support HR functions, including staff onboarding, training, and administration.
- Work closely with the Business Director to ensure a seamless transition to the new school premises.
- Provide line management support to the Reception Administrators.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a school or similar educational setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety, GDPR, and HR procedures.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and in a leadership capacity.
Preferred
- Experience with school transitions or large-scale organisational change.
- Knowledge of financial systems and budgeting processes.
- Experience with line management or team leadership.
- Familiarity with educational software and systems.
