Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Business Studies and Economics lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
Uphold and promote the school’s core values of respect, integrity, confidence, positivity, and empathy.
Participate in safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives to ensure student safety and development.
Lead at least two out of three blocks of one-hour Extra-Curricular Activities for pupils.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience in teaching Business Studies and Economics at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge, including familiarity with the UK National Curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Ability to inspire and challenge students to achieve their best.

Preferred

Experience in leading extra-curricular activities.
Background in teaching within an international or British curriculum setting.
Experience with student wellbeing and pastoral care.
Familiarity with British Schools in the Middle East (BSME) or Council of British International Schools (COBIS).
