Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching and learning.
- Support student well-being and personal development through pastoral care and mentorship.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in Business Studies to ensure teaching remains relevant and current.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Business Studies.
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4, ideally with GCSE qualifications.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Business Studies at A Level.
- Familiarity with digital tools and resources for teaching and learning.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
- Leadership experience or a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
