Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction to support student learning and exam preparation
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Create a motivating and positive classroom environment that encourages academic growth
- Provide targeted support to enhance students’ confidence and exam performance
- Collaborate with a team of experienced educators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Stay up to date with UK exam board requirements and incorporate them into teaching
- Contribute to the development of the Easter Revision Programme through shared best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant academic degree or teaching qualification
- Proven experience in teaching A Level or GCSE Business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching to different learning styles and needs
- Previous teaching experience in a UK academic setting
Preferred
- Experience with UK exam boards and their requirements
- Demonstrated success in improving student exam results
- Experience working with international students
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in delivering revision-focused teaching
