Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Business lessons to students across a range of ability levels.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Support the school’s commitment to student progress and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Social Sciences faculty.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students as needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Business.
- Experience in teaching at the secondary level (11-18).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Business at GCSE and A Level.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience with pastoral support and student engagement.
- Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
