The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Business Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to teach Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 Business Studies in a school with a proven track record of academic excellence and a progressive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
- Design and implement engaging and innovative curricula aligned with cognitive science principles.
- Support the school’s extra-curricular programme and contribute to the development of student leadership and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching and learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to departmental and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate or A-Level qualifications.
- Demonstrated success in student engagement and academic outcomes.
